  • Have you ever considered weight watchers? They take your weight, sex and a few other things into consideration and then calculate how many %26quot;points%26quot; you should be eating in a day. Instead of counting calories, you count points, which is much easier. If you are serious about losing weight, you may way to to try it. I did weight watchers and lost 77 lbs in less than a year. I felt like I was ALWAYS eating, but when I actually counted my calories, I realized that I was only eating 1200 calories a day, but because I was making healthy choices, I was eating way more, and losing weight. I never attended weight watchers meetings; I did it all online only. It was amazing. I%26#039;m pregnant now, but as soon as I have the baby, I%26#039;m going right back on. Good luck!
