How should i structure a weight loss journal? I need some advise on what i should write in a weight loss journal. does anyone have an example of some structures that works for them?

You should keep track of your food intake. So write down your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and your snack. also at the top put the date, your weight, at the bottom of your page have a place to keep track of how much water you are drinking. Just use a tally mark for each 8oz glass of water. Also leave some space at the bottom to write down what type of exercise you did and how the day went, if you had a bad day or made a bad food choice write that down all these things effect how we lose weight. Using a journal is a very wise idea I have done this and it does really help. 100% 1 Vote
