Is there a way to predict a minimum weekly weight loss based on decreased caloric intake alone?
I already know that I have to intake 2300 calories a day to maintain my current weight, but is there a way to know exactly how much weight I will lose in a week (minimum) if I decrease my caloric intake to 1500 calories a day? I don%26#039;t want to take into account any physical activity in determining the answer. Thanks!
