It depends on your body. Some people can loose weight very fast on the various low carb diets and some cannot. Some can loose on the opposite of that the Mcdougall diet which is carb based. (I lost 35 lbs in 12 weeks and kept it off). www.mcdougall.com But what is most important is that you exercise and eat healthy. There are hundreds of thousands of weight loss plans out there. You really have to see what works for you. Remember that cardio workout is good with some weight training.
