I%26#039;m looking for a weight loss buddy.?
I%26#039;m 33, 150 pounds and need to lose 20 pounds. I eat well: a diet low in carbs, high in lean protein and lots of veggies and I workout a lot (tennis, cardio at the gym and weight lifting). Sometimes, however, I fall off the wagon and sabotage my diet. Anyone out there want to team up with me to lose weight and/or support me in achieving my goal?

sure I%26#039;d do it! I am doing THE FIRM over 5 days and on my rest days I am doing the treadmill and light aerobics. My caloric intake is less than it used to be and I cut out sugar which is doing wonders for my skin! Let me know how you want to go about it.
