What good weight loss pills are out there? I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with any weight loss pills that they felt worked well for them. I have tried some but felt they were no good. I would like to know about Relacore (belly fat), Leptopril, and Alli (some new one) in particular. I will be trying to eat healthy and exercise as well but was interested in something also helping me. I don%26#039;t want anything that will make my heart race, or make me feel wierd. What kind of food bars are good, healthy also-there are so many out there, looking for something to snack on.

There is no magic pill for health....it is a holistic approach that makes for a positive lifestyle change. 100% 1 Vote

  • My mother is trying the Alli Weight Loss Program. It is a diet, however you are also encouraged to use the Alli pills. Unlike any other diet pill, this pill is safe, and FDA Approved. Read about the program, and try it! 0% 0 Votes
  • i know you don%26#039;t want to hear this but... the only way to lose weight and keep it off is by eating healthy and exercising... i have tried weight loss pills which will work at first but never give you the results you see on tv... also, any time i%26#039;ve stopped taking them i%26#039;ve put the weight right back on plus some more... the best advice i can give you is to make lifestyle changes... don%26#039;t stop eating your favorite foods (you%26#039;ll never last), or trying to go to the gym for hours on end... make simple changes that you can stick to... for example try not to eat after 8pm if you%26#039;re a late night snacker; if you chow down on a bag of potato chips in one sitting, try portioning out the bag in smaller baggies so you don%26#039;t over indulge...
best advice i can give is continue to eat the foods you love in moderation, drink lots of water, and get outside - walk on your lunch break etc. most people who lose weight and keep it off lose it gradually through lifestyle changes...
one last thing to think about - if losing weight was as simple as a diet pill do you really think that there would be as many heavy people?

  • none...change your way of eating...
even if they work...as soon as you stop taking them, the weight comes back on
leave the table, when you could go for more..eat snacks that fill you up but have high fiber and low calories..apples,bananas,
drink lots of water...exercise to boost your metabolism common sense 0% 0 Votes
  • theres this new weight lost pill called alli thats up in the market recently and had pretty good reviews but if you ask for my advice i would say dont use pills because most of them dont work or work for first few months and stop or you have to keep taking which is bad. my suggestion is just to do it the old fashion way where you excercise moderately and go on moderate diet dont overdo it too much start small. also keep in mind that if you eat more meals and less each meal you burn more calories because your body is constantly digesting food and at a high metabolism. dont starve yourself bc youll just end up eatin all at once. excersice by weightraining to gain muscle mass because it burns fat and run or walk moderatly if you want swimmin is best workout (whole body) eat lean meats because it also gives you more muscle to burn fat and reduce sugars and fats eat more carbs (like bread, rice, cereal) because your body burns that first and its fills you up also. 0% 0 Votes
