any pros or cons?

My friend has been on one for six months, yes, six months, she only gets to eat a cucumber or lettuce once a day. She has lost almost all the weight she wanted but it has come at a price: headaches, stomaches, constipation, bad moods, and a little bit of anxiety. If you do want to do this, I suggest you go with a Doctor who monitors your progress, only then will they be able to control your weight loss and keep you from becoming anemic or worse.

Bad, bad, bad. You don%26#039;t get the feeling of being full for the most part and if you do, not for long. Moderation is good and if you can%26#039;t stay on the diet, not worth it to start unless someone is really in danger.

If you%26#039;re wanting a healthy substitute for breakfast and lunch then try pomegranate juice. It will help to make you feel full and it%26#039;s very, very healthy for you.
If you chose a liquid diet, you will gain back the weight you lost. It%26#039;s a temporary fix and not very healthy. -
