Food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism? Okay, so I am in serious need to loose some serious weight. The only exercise that I am able to get is for about 1 hour and 45 minutes at marching band plus I am in school so eating right is sort of difficult for me. I am willing to eat food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism though. Any nutritionists or food experts out there that can help me? My body and I would be eternally gratefull!

Also, eat lots of spicy foods %26amp; drink green tea (without all the sugar).
