I just started working out for the past 5 days..when will I start to see some weight loss? I just got a gym pass and I started working out for the past 5 days. I jog everyday for about 10 minutes and walk for 20. I do the elyptial machine for 30. When will I start to see weight loss. I%26#039;ve been dieting too. I%26#039;m getting frustrated because I haven%26#039;t noticed a difference. Thank YOu.

  • It doesn%26#039;t work that fast. Have a little patience, do it keep it up, if you can do move, push yourself to do more maybe in a month or two. It will happen, don%26#039;t give up. I have faith, in you. You can do it.

    You didn%26#039;t mention, what your diet was like, I hope you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies, and drinking water.
  • You may notice a difference in how your clothes fit in about a month. Your friends will start to ask if you have lost weight in about 6 weeks.
