I went to the store and saw a display of a lump of fat by the Alli information - it%26#039;s a fat blocker. That disgusting lump of fat, and the fact that there is more of me than I care for is enough to make me change my eating habits and start exercising. (the way I look in pictures is also a factor)

Ask yourself whether it is worth carrying around this luggage for free, when ever you have to do something (like eating fats) that could increase the weight.

I think there are no mantras to make you lose your weight but if you work out and watch your diet you can control your weight considerably. In my opinion walking is the best way to lose weight if you are not interested in the fitness clubs.

My husband - who is never 5lbs from his perfect weight - always says %26quot;Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels%26quot; and as trite as that sounds, hey, it works for him. He believes it and he%26#039;s the perfect weight. He%26#039;s got a %26quot;it%26#039;s not worth it%26quot; thing going. If it IS worth it, he%26#039;ll eat it...but it%26#039;s not all the time. If he wants a bowl of ice cream, he eats it. But, he%26#039;s not going to have cake at the office if he doesn%26#039;t absolutely love that type of cake...in other words, it doesn%26#039;t taste good enough to take away the feeling of being comfortable in his own skin. Who knows, maybe it%26#039;ll strike you right too...good luck.

I am at my ideal body weight of ______ lbs.. i diet and workout constantly and i am losing weight at my desired pace... people are noticing my weight loss... and i am in control of myself in every way at all times and in all situations..
but understand you must motivate yourself internally.. id recommend saying your decided mantras/quotes like 10 times a day out loud... try it for a few months if it works awesome... if not no big deal you are at where you started... no loss just a little effort.. hope this helps... various books ive read along the way... -
I have this thing about buying and wearing clothing with brand names or advertising printed on the front or other areas vi sable to the public. I want to get paid to advertise . So if you think of food like that it may help. Kraft should be paying you to overeat .... not you paying them for the privilege of getting fat.. Try it. It often works for me.
That is how I quit smoking too.
I refused to pay the excess tax to buy the politicians wives new hats. I just got mad. It may have been irrational but it worked.
