any diet that you can and will follow Once you start losing your lipids should come down. DO not go on starvation type diet, keep it do-able Avoid trigger foods-foods that make you want more and keep you looking for more similar bad stuff. Do not get too hungry-eat frequent small meals if needed Keep stuff prepared and handy esp when out. SO not allow your food choice to be random or by temptation only by keeping those emerg snacks that are healthy available like a hard boiled egg or a small bit of almonds or whaever you like that is filling and doesnt give you a sugar or starch rush.i think the other answerer mis wrote or doesn t know what starch and protein are-seafood and meat is protein of course and starches are carbs of course Limit carbs. to lose weight eat more lean protein and some healthy fats in moderation(like olive oil)to keep hunger away 100% 1 Vote
