Is there a weight loss supplement for children ten and older?
I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLELMENTS FOR CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 10 YRS OLD.

Yeah there are plenty of weight loss supplements for people over the age of ten. i just wouldn%26#039;t recommend them to anyone under the age of 18. If you haven%26#039;t reached puberty, yet, relax. Once you hit it, you will lose a lot of weight. Provided that you start eating healthy and exercising now.

Ooh... weight loss supplements... don%26#039;t even get me started :)
Considering that the vast majority of them in the past have seriously screwed up the people that have taken to them, caused heart and liver and kidney damage, etc., I would HIGHLY discourage you from taking them. About the ONLY supplement that a 10 year old should be taking is one (and only one) daily multivitamin (made for children).
If you%26#039;re concerned about your weight, just follow these guidelines:
1) The USDA recommends about one hour of exercise per day. Go outside, play, turn off the video games (hmm i should leave my computer once in awhile too...) go to the gym, whatever you have to do.
2) Eat healthy. As little sugar and processed carbs (white bread / white rice) as possible, while focusing more on fruits, veggies, whole grain bread, and brown rice. Also, focus more on lean protein as opposed to burgers and such. Include fish 2-3 times per week as well; it%26#039;s good for your skin. Reduce fat intake, and focus on mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acids (it will tell you how much is in the food on the nutrition facts label on the container).
3) In addition to eating food that%26#039;s good for you, you must must must watch portions. Having smaller meals, but more of them is so much better than having 2-3 large meals per day (assuming the same amount of calories consumed per day).
Really, all you have to do is watch the junk food, eat more veggies and fruits and other good carbs, and go outside and play.
Weight loss supplements can seriously screw with your body and hurt it for the rest of your life.
But, to answer your question, I don%26#039;t believe there are any weight loss supplements designed for children. In fact, I believe the vast majority of them say that you have to be at least 18 to take them. This leads me to believe that they in some way interfere with your body%26#039;s natural growing and maturing.

It is not recommended that you give children under the age of seventeen any kind of weight loss supplements. Weight loss supplements contain metabolic enhancers and stimulants that allow the energy level to spike for fat burning. In order for these stimulants to work they have to increase the blood pressure rate and heart rates. Children under a certain age have underdeveloped organs and these products can cause irreparable damage to these young organs. You do not want your child having a stroke or aneurysm because of one of these supplements.

No there is not ... that is too young of an age to be taking an weight loss supplement. You need to eat fruits and vegetables... dont eat so much fast food such as Wendy%26#039;s and drink alot of water and do some kind of exercise about 30 minutes a day this could be from cleaning up your room for 30 minutes to taking an walk in that time.
