There are specific exercises to tighten those muscles, but there is no way to spot lose fat; it%26#039;s lost bodywide, and that means burning off more calories than you take in. Sorry.

You can%26#039;t %26quot;spot%26quot; train to lose fat. You%26#039;re either burning fat or you%26#039;re not but you can%26#039;t be selective about where it is being burned. So if you%26#039;d like to slim up in the face you should do cardio exercises (running, swimming, jogging, etc...) to burn fat all over your body.

There%26#039;s really no way to spot reduce, as when you burn an excess of calories you would lose weight all over, and not in one specific area. As for your cheeks, you may have prominent cheekbones and maybe that%26#039;s what makes them look bigger, or you just have full cheeks, which isn%26#039;t a bad thing. I am not aware of any muscles in your cheeks, as I believe they are connected to muscles in your jaw, which ultimately would have no effect on toning that area. With you neck, there are muscles there, but in the long run you may just end up bulking it up more than anything. If you do some good cardio and toning exercises for your whole body, you could lose weight all over, get in better shape, and hopefully you would eventually see some improvement everywhere.

You can not target fat for weight loss. You can lose weight and hope that your face changes as well. However, everyone%26#039;s body is different. It is sometimes harder for people to lose fat in certain areas no matter how hard they try. (genetics) You can however tone the muscles in you face and that may help you achieve the look you want. There is no way to target a specific body area. If you lose weight, you lose it all over. My doc says to work the thighs. As the biggest muscles, they burn the most calories. Good luck!
