AS for eating, eat all you want but make it healthy. Save sugars and stuff for weekends and over the week eat fruits, veggies, proteins. As for exercise a fun way to keep fit is do sit-ups as you watch tv, take a run while you listen to an iPod, Mp3, Walkman, etc. Also, if you can%26#039;t go without chocolate (or something) tell yourself you don%26#039;t like it and eventually you will believe youself. Sounds hippyish but it works LOL!

  • if i were u, i would try eating more fiber rich foods because they help keep u full longer. also, for every four pounds of fat u lose, expect to gain about a pound for muscle, especially if ur weigt training. and u might wana consider adding more food into ur diet on the days u get more exercise. a list of ur average calorie consumptions could help....
  • hes right, its about habit, u have to stick to one thing.
and for the first part about gaining a pound, muscle weighs more than fat. its not really about the number on the scale, but rather that ur visibly seeing changes in your body.
    good luck :]!
  • its all habits. and the schedule you put your mind on.
