What do u think about this new weight loss book? Does it work?
I want to buy this book called %26quot;The Weight Loss Cure They Don%26#039;t Want You to Know About%26quot; By Kevin Trudeau. What do u guys think if I should follow what this book is saying? Do u think that it will work? Or, is this all fake? If anyone has read this book please email me and let me know if it worth my money to try another diet. Or, if u have any other tip on weight loss for me I want to lose 50 to 60 pounds in about 2-3 months. Please help I need to lose all the baby weight and then some.

To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
