How many people still think that drinking water will make you lose weight?
Who told people this and why do people still believe it? Water will not cause weight loss but it will keep you hydrated.

If you drink enough water you will have the sensation of being full and will be less likely to overreat. That%26#039;s where those statements came from.

Because, it replaces space in your stomach that you might stuff with junk food with water. Water does hydrate, but it can also fill you up when you are thinking about overeating and that is how is helps you lose weight.

I dont know about loosing weight but i heard it was very good for your skin. I then started drinking lots of water and my skin was lovely and clear.
