  • You are going to work out at home. You dont have to deal with the gym. I suggest some functional training ideas. Buy some cheap dumbells 10-20 lbs should do initially. A fitness ball is also needed and some rubber resistance bands. These are also inexpensive.

    Pushups,Squats, body weight exercises that are FREE and you can do them while hanging out of watching tv. Checkout the book I listed below on AMAZON.com. It is escatly what you need.

    The diet is another thing. There is some dietary advice in the core book. You will need to change your eating habits to see real changes. In 12 weeks of 30 mins-1 hour a day you will see some changes!

  • You force yourself to eat fruits and vegetables. Yogurt is always good. Grapes, apples, etc...

    Work vegetables into food, you cant even taste them. Like on pizza.

    If your sitting there watching tv, you can work out your abs, by doing crunches, or bridges.

    For your chest and triceps, you can do push ups.
