So to sum up: 30-60 mins of weights per session. Then 45-60 mins of CV straight after. More muscle = higher metabolism = more calories burnt during the day = incredibly beneficial for weight loss. CV = lots of calories burnt = fat loss.

And whatever you do, do not diet or starve yourself. Both are dangerous and counterproductive. Remember there are no quick fixes to weight loss, it takes time and it takes effort. But if you can stick to the healthy eating (it tastes better than sh!t food anyway) and keep going to the gym, you might find that weight loss is f*ckin easy so long as you push yourself and know what you are doing.
