Sure. Amphetamines are always a good idea. Chemicals are always the best solution. But then, you already knew that, right? 100% 1 Vote

  • Nope. Weight loss pills don%26#039;t work (at least not for any length of time).
The only real way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you burn off - that means reducing the amount of food and increasing exercise. 0% 0 Votes
  • dont!it%26#039;s not a good idea...if you want to lose weight the exercise...pills may cause some side effect(some are so severe that it may couse death)....the key of losing weight is to sweat..if you can sweat a lot then you can lose weight...exercise is the best option...but if you aint got no time for it,try some product that help you to sweat...you will lose weight even while you%26#039;re just sitting around doing nothing...and of course, careful with what you eat..dont eat too much fat and colesterol 0% 0 Votes
  • Talk to your doctor first. It may be fine to take them, but even if you do just the pills won%26#039;t do it all. You have to eat healthy and exercise as well. Sometimes they can contribute to weight-loss, but talk to your doctor first. It could, like someone above me said, mess up your hormones really badly. You%26#039;re a teenager, your hormones are wacky anyway. It could have a reverse affect on you. 0% 0 Votes
  • They do not work. They make you crazy and they mess up your menstrual cycles. Don%26#039;t do it. Go on a low fat low calorie diet: Weight Watchers is great for someone your age. 0% 0 Votes
  • NO! My best friend uses weight loss pills and his heart is always racing REALLY fast and he can%26#039;t eat anything. I think it%26#039;s really gross actually. You have to exercise and eat healthy anyways, which will make you lose weight. Weight loss pills won%26#039;t help you. 0% 0 Votes
  • No, these really don%26#039;t do anything. Just start reducing your caloric intake, take a multivitamin everyday and exercise.
If you exercise every morning it will give you so much energy you just won%26#039;t beleive it.
I love it. I try to work out every morning and I feel awesome the rest of the day! 0% 0 Votes
  • No, the diet pills aren%26#039;t a good idea. Why? Because they cut your appetite for a few days, and then you go thru a %26#039;rebound%26#039; eating to replenish your glycogen stores. The best thing to do, is figure the weight you want to be, multiply by 15, and that will give you the number of calories to have. stay with it and the pounds will go away, Been there done that, be sure to cut out the sugar and go very easy on the salt, as it holds excess water . • NO!!!!! Weight loss pills are not good for any person of any age to take unless they are specifically prescribed to you by a doctor and even then there are still potential risks. There is a reason why diet pills that are marketed are not approved by the FDA. If you ever get a chance, pick up a bottle of diet pills and read the fine print. They are not safe and could cause you to have a stroke or irregular heart beats. Besides, at your age you%26#039;re still just a kid. Get out and run or joing a gym with your parents permission and change your diet. Sometimes it%26#039;s the simplest things that you do that make the biggest difference: eating habits and exercise. Cut out the soda and sugary drinks, stop the pizza and chips and incorporate water, fruits and vegetables. 0% 0 Votes
  • I took trimspa when i was 18 and it made me CRAZY! I had such crazy mood swings and panic attacks that came out of no where. I really wouldn%26#039;t recommend it b/c there are so many chemicals in them that it may do more damage than good. Just try and exercise and eat healthier. It%26#039;s hard losing weight. 0% 0 Votes
