Always think in terms of how your body works! Change your mindset... you should seperate between %26quot;pleasure meals%26quot; and %26quot;healthy meals%26quot;. Eat for life. :)

Get 30 mins of moderate excercise (like walking) everyday.
That is all I have done and I don%26#039;t feel hungry or deprived since nothing is off limits. The key is to eat slower and to be able to recognize when you are full and to stop when you are full. And if you get hungry 30 mins later have some more.

cut your intake by 500 calories- that easy
