When using the NV weight loss pills, how many a day does one person use?

When using the NV weight loss pills, how many a day does one person use? I have been reading reviews on the product before testing it out myself. The directions say to take 2 caplets before breakfast and 2 caplets again after six hours are up. But then i searched NV weight loss pill under Google, and reviews from users said they take 1/2 caplets a day. One before breakfast and another six hours later. Then there are other people whom take two pills a day...in fact as i read on, no body took the full four pills. Partly because in one caplet there were equal to about two cups of coffie. (yikes) and me being a person who already has a racing heart. My question to you is: Do you think i should take the 1/2 caplets, two caplets or the full four, like the instructions insist? Thanks.
