I have started training for a week and half now on a new weight loss program.?

I have started training for a week and half now on a new weight loss program.? my question is! i do not sweat as much as i use to. if anything i am training harder and more than last week. so is that my has become tolerant to exercising or is getting use to it and adjusting? what shall i do.

i go to the gym 5 times a week, each session i do about 60-70 mins of cardio!

Keep it up!! It sounds like you have a good program going. Your body is likely adjusting to the workout, but perspiration is affected by several other factors as well, including ambient temperature, your hydration level, etc
