WeIGHT LOSS QUESTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? I NEED to lose as much weight as possible in 30 days !

What is the most affective way to lose weight fast .
I don%26#039;t want to starve my self and I don%26#039;t want to eat to much .

Im not trying to be fussy but any ideas on how much calories I must consume and how much I mus burn off by exersise to get the fast weight loss !

    • I work out with cardio, 3 -4 %26amp; sometimes 5 days a week, sweating pretty good, with my heart rate up for @ least 20 min, I usually do 30 min. I eat spinach %26amp; brussell sprouts for breakfast almost everyday. That helped me lose 15 lbs. pretty fast. The more you sweat the more weight you%26#039;ll lose.
      That%26#039;s where the fat goes when you lose it, through the sweat %26amp; your waste. I work out @ ShapeXpress currently.     • You could probably lose 8-10 pounds in a month if you:

      1. cut your calories by 500 each day.

      2. Burn 500 calories in the gym each day.

      1000 * 7=7000 cal or 2lbs a week.
