Weight loss - walking or skipping?

    walking skipping as about MORE TO be TONE for and
Weight loss - walking or skipping? I have been walking about 45 mins a day - would skipping rope be as beneficial for weight loss as walking? And how long would you need to skip for? I skipped probably about 150-200 skips tonight, about 10 mins, and I was as sweaty and buggered as i am after my 45 min brisk walk..will skipping work on the nights I cant go walking?

  • FOR SURE ,SKIPPING HELPS ALOT ITS A LITTLE MORE INTENSE THOUGH BUT WOURTH EVERY SWEAT THE RESULTS ARE FELT MORE ,AND YOULL FEEL MORE TONE THEN EVER EVEN RUNNING IN PLACE IS GOOD ALSO ,TRY STAIR WAYS TO ,RUN UP N DOWN DO 50-100 TIMES TRUSTME ITS A WORKOUT I USE TO DO IT FOR WRESTLING TO STAY FIT AN TONE UP ....
