If i eat breakfast and then do cardio will it affect my weight loss? i usually would do cardio about 45 minutes after breakfast but i heard doing this could hinder weight loss. is that true?

it is possible that it can affect your weight loss.....your body needs the nutrients of breakfast all day. the best time to work out is about twenty minutes after you eat lunch (make sure that you ate a healthy breakfast earlier and stay hidrated) then after that you can work out as much as you want. Don%26#039;t forget to stretch....

  • u should wait about an hour after eating, but eating gets your metabolism started and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. i do it and dont have a problem with it. if anything it makes me less hungry for lunch since i worked out.
  • not very much so. i agree with waiting about an hour, but you should always eat a higher protein, carb, and vitamin mixture meal before you work out to get optimal results. hope this helps :)
