I have hit a weight-loss plateau! What are some ways I can lose the last 25lbs I need to lose by June? I have been on Weight Watchers since January and I have lost all the weight I wanted to loose except these last 25 lbs. I have hit a plateau and haven%26#039;t lost anything for 1 month now.   • That happens to a lot of people...the best thing you can do is to step it up a bit.Are you a jogger/runner?if not here is what you need to do is INTERVAL Training.You power walk outside (13-15 minutes a mile) walk for 5 minutes then jog for 2 and keep repeating these steps at least 5- 6 times.Try to do that 4-5 times a week and walk for 2-4 miles. each time your heart rate has to adjust to anew level is when you will burn tons of calories and stored fat.I workout daily this way and lost 46 pounds within 5 months.Good Luck and get moving...You can do it!!! 0% 0 Votes
