Basically you set up a small circuit of 6 exercises that target different parts of your body. In between you do short bursts of high intensity cardio. I do something similiar at home but I have better equipment now after 2 years - but it%26#039;s still a great way to get started and save the money for the gym! I%26#039;m pretty sure you can also find substitutes for the dumbbells and the ball if you want it minimal - just see what works for you - not every exercise is for everyone. :)
