1. 35 minute mid-to-heavy cardio workout (typically a treadmill at 6 mph)
2. Light nautilus (alternate chest and back with legs).
3. Another 20-25 minute mid-level cardio (usually elliptical with arms).
4. 10 minutes of extensive stretching.

sounds good. Remember to change it up and add stuff as your body becomes used to it. Also remember to eat healthy and you will do fine. five to six small meals a day will help.Other Answers (3)

Sounds like a great workout plan. Try 15 mintues on the extensive strectching just to boost it up.
