I would drink the weight-loss shake for breakfast AND lunch...You see, the shake will (most likely) give you a good amount of energy as well. You don%26#039;t want to be too energized at night, do you? Keep in mind, however, that you must eat a small dinner (maybe cereal, a small salad, etc) so your stomach will be less full when you go to bed! 100% 2 Votes
