Are you doing any strength training? The cardio may get the motor running, but the strength training keeps it going 24/7.Try that if you aren%26#039;t already doing it. If you are, cut out carbs and sugars from your diet for 2 weeks to jump start your metabolism. Slowly add them back in.

Try cycling calories! 5 days normal and 2 days of higher carbs. Also, do weight training and your muscles will burn more calories than usual.
