My friend is very overweight, he needs a new start. Suggestions for an extreme weight-loss rehab anywhere? Almost like the biggest loser, where he will get huge results and new habits will be engraved into him after an intense detox and lots of exercise.

    • he should eat lots of salad with some meat that is about the size of his palm. he should do LOTS of exercise. if he eats too much, he will get fatter. if he starves himself, he will become fatter when he starts to eat more.     • The only thing I know that might work for him is the Atkins Diet. Many people have gone on this diet and lost huge amounts of weight. It%26#039;s not nearly as unhealthy as many would have you believe, either. Also, you can eats large amounts of food on this diet and still lose weight as long as you don%26#039;t eat sugar, bread or pasta!

      eat lean meat and lots of veggies

      lower fat and carb intake and raise protein intake

Don%26#039;t skip meals because your body will tell your brain to store fat for energy. Try cardio exercises for endurance and read men%26#039;s health and other magazines to modify your workouts from time to time. Experimental surgeries are not the way to go. Try the natural approach.
