Just to give more details (since someone on here had a rude answer about junk food) I have been following an extremely healthy diet of fruits, veggies, beans, whole grains and water only to drink. So I don%26#039;t think %26quot;junk food%26quot; is going to be an issue here at all.

Sure, it%26#039;s more calories burned. And you%26#039;re probably right about the plateau, so switching / adding exercise is a good way to break thru. Also the hills will add intensity - if your knees / ankles can handle it, try jogging up the hills to really get your heart rate and breathing maxed out. Also, don%26#039;t neglect basic muscular strength - core work, yoga / pilates, pushups etc.

Go to Yahoo, and type in the words %26quot;Just Eat%26quot; and you wouldn%26#039;t even have to walk to lose weight

The equation also depends on how much more junk food you will be putting in your body.

Not that much, you don%26#039;t lose that much on a stationary bike or walking. I suggest DDR, running, and eating healthy.

yea like the last person said i played nothing but ddr for a couple months and lost like 40 pounds just go onto amazon/ebay and get ddr stuff like a ps2 cuz its the best console to do it on

it depends on how many calories you are intaking. You can do all this exercise, but if you eat 5000 calories a day..then you wont lose much.
It also depends on your metabolism and your bodies ability to recooperate after a workout. If you experience muscle fatigue or muscle strain it may force you to stop working out for a bit... If youre healthy and in good shape, then the walk should be ok. Try mixing cardio with strength training!
