What is the best weight loss program for a person who has tried everything but starving them selves? if a person has tried every diet known to man for the past 25 yrs and exercised for up to 4hrs a day and can not shift the kilos what could they try next? oh and have tried all diet pills and fluid diets low carbs, protien etc%26quot; really what can they do

  • Starving yourself will do nothing but slow the metabolism. Maybe you could try eating 8 small meals and become addicted to something other then food.

    but if you%26#039;re not really that fat or obese, you shouldn%26#039;t be worried. be worried if you%26#039;re so fat that it will affect your health and activities already.

    cut down on fast food, fried food, spicy food (bad for disgestion), oily food.

    eat more plain and soupy stuff. cld start off the day with some wholemeal bread with veg, tomato, cheese, chicken ham, plain tuna, hard boiled egg; or cereal with low fat milk

    cld take some salad like potato salad, pasta salad, or steam fish, veg with plain soup

    dinner cld eat as normal but cut down the fried, spicy and oily stuff

    overall, have a balance diet, eat moderately and exercise regularly

    i did it and manage to shed and maintain my current ideal weight, im sure u can do it too.
