There is no such thing as %26quot;immediate%26quot; weight loss.
No junk/fast food and no sodas or other sugar beverages is a start. But you still have to eat healthy and you still have to exercsie if you want to lose weight. If you eat/drink a lot of that garbage and all you did was cut them out and nothing else...in a year you may lose about 15 lbs. FDA researcher 0% 0 Votes -

Junk food (fats, refined sugar and white flour). Omitting any one food group from the diet such as carbs is not good. The key is moderation and burning more calories than you consume.

Fats %26amp; sweets of course, but an even bigger culprit is salt. You wouldn%26#039;t believe how much weight we carry is water weight due to too much salt. Most %26#039;convience%26#039; foods are loaded it with %26amp; then we add more! This means fast food, cold cuts, canned veggies, most soda.....cut out your salt for a week and watch what happens. All breads, all potatoes, peas, corn, watermelon. Everythng Fried.
Stick to protein, veggies and limited fruits. Skim milk low fat or not fat yogarts. 0% 0 Votes -
sugar, fat, carbs...stick to fresh vegetables, leafy greens, lean meats. no fried foods.
