Does the Sobe Green tea have the same weight loss benefits?
I know it has alot added to it. Is it as good for you?

No green tea will magically help you lose weight. Diet and exercise will.

yep, but i get the green tea in liquid form and add drops to my favoriate beverages..its a lot better to drink

i don%26#039;t know about sobe green tea, but i know xs green tea that has 0 sugar, 0 carb and only 8 calories and it%26#039;s 3 cans per day burns 500 calories. I am drinking it and it is good in taste.

Probably not, but I cannot say for a fact. And also, the only way green tea helps with weight loss is from the caffenie and extract so just drinking it without proper diet and exercise won%26#039;t do anything for you.
More than likely it is processed with a lot of added sugar and dye to it. Sugar turns into fat so I would say it is basically a wash.
