Has anyone used Sudafed as a weight loss supplement?

Has anyone used Sudafed as a weight loss supplement? What kind of results did you get? Did it suppress your appetite--did you have any bad side effects? It is also a key ingredient in methamphetamine. That should tell you enough right there. No pill is going to take the weight away. Get the current issue of Consumer Reports. It has a write up of the best diet and exercise plans (also the safest). Weight Watchers was rated pretty high and I know a few people who have had good results with it. I just worry that these diet pills that contain stimulants will damage your heart. If you%26#039;ve got a serious weight issue, then your heart may not be able to take it.
