I did pilates after my fifth baby and it was great for toning up and strengthening the core. When I started I couldn%26#039;t do a roll up at all (like a gentle slow sit up) %26amp; I was seeing all these other ladies doing it with such control. it took a few months but after a while I was as toned as the rest of them. Give it a go.I also think swimming is great for improving you tummy tone. 50% 3 Votes

You don%26#039;t say how long ago you gave birth. It takes about 6-8 weeks for the body to %26quot;shrink down%26quot; the uterus. Give it time. If it%26#039;s been longer than that, see a trainer at a fitness center who will be able to show you what exercises to do to target the abdominal muscles.

i no wot u mean. its a nitemare eh. but i recommend good old fashioned sit ups....But alot of them! remember your muscles have been stretched to t point of no return. so will take alot longer to tone up than t rest of your body. so try and do 50 per day. and after a few mths im sure u will start seeing a result. .......hang on in there.
