Need help with weight loss and muscle gain?
Hi, i need help with weight lost and muscle gain. I am 6%26#039;1 and i weigh about 205 which isnt bad i am just tired of being out of shape. I have been eating turkey sandwiches all day. I need some help on what to eat and what to do. Far as exercise go i weight lift and run and stuff. I just really want to get in shape, any advice would help.
