Yes, they worked, I lost a lot of weight, but when I started eating normal again, I gained double the weight and now it is hard for me to lose weight because my metabolism got messed up... I finally gave up, and decided that there is NO miracle diet that will make you lose weight without gaining it back. . . The only way to lose weight is hard.First of all, eat REAL foods;what I mean is that you shouldnt eat cereals(not even special k), fast foods, or boxed foods....In the morning you should eat a slice of wheat bread and a boiled egg...For snack eat fruits and vegetables, and for dinner eat whatever you usually eat, but try a smaller portion....eat slowly, drink water....and excersice, and don%26#039;t eat anything but fruits after dinner... . . .
