Walking instead of running for weight loss?
I find running really uncomfortable. It kills my calves, even after stretching and the best sports bras don%26#039;t seem to be able to cope! I%26#039;ve been using the treadmill at the gym, walking at 6km/hr (as well as cycling and rowing). Is this enough for weight loss? How long should I walk for? I feel like I%26#039;m not doing enough!
