I need help with a weight loss plan!!! I am 5%26#039;3%26#039;%26#039; and 170...I recently had a baby and I need a diet plan.
I work out with a trainer 2 x per week and walk a lot as well as some cardio, but I have very poor eating habits. I don%26#039;t have a clue how many fat/calories I should intake in a day and what foods to eat? Can someone help me??
You and i same height and weight. weight watchers worked great for me. i learned what i was putting in my boby. sorry to say i got depressed and stopped everything i was doing so all the weight came back.

If your trainer can%26#039;t help you with that information ask if they know a nutritionist. If not, ask your doctor.
Be careful if your nursing and rest when the baby does.
Getting enough rest is important too.
