  • there is no doubt to me that u r consuming as many calories as what u are burning otherwise you would be losing some.eating less fatty foods isnt enough. you need to have some idea of how many cals you are eating. you(since you exercise ) would require approx.2000/2200cal.So aim to cut back 500cal a day. I guarrentee you will notice the difference with each passing week.Also make sure you drink trim or lite milk. dont drink any soft drinks unless there %26#039;diet%26#039;, and high protein foods along with low sugar foods will make all the difference. you can buy a cal counter book from book stores. they are cheap. then dont be obsessive with counting cals, but estimate and understand how much approx energy is in the food you r eating. good luck babe! 0% 0 Votes
