  • The only weight loss supplements I would suggest are natural or organic products that you would buy at your local health food store. Anything else may have unseen or long term side effects that you may pay for later on in life. Maybe try a green tea supplement I heard this works great due to the fact that it speeds up your metabolism. Best of luck!
  • what really works is diet and exercise. Counting calories %26amp; at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 - 5 days a week. I have been low carb dieting for a year and exercising 3 - 5 days a week and have lost 60 pounds. I will be interested to see if anyone replys that a pill works, cause I dont think they do unless you diet and exercise along with them, and they are the key.
