oo and doing pilates helps you lose more weight without getting saggy skin. it tones your body a lot. :]]

For the record, loose skin can occur even if you lose weight slowly, but you lose a lot of weight. Some people are predisposed to it. The best thing you can do is start a weight training routine that will build muscle. It doesn%26#039;t really %26quot;get rid%26quot; of the loose skin, but the lean muscle fills it out better than doing nothing. It works for a lot of people, however some still require corrective surgery. You have a much better chance of not having it if you do the weight training as you%26#039;re losing the weight as opposed to losing it through cardio and then doing weights.
