Anyone know a few simple, cheap and EFFECTIVE weight loss tips?
I%26#039;m terribly bad about keeping up with diets (i.e. cutting things out of what I eat entirely) and I%26#039;m not the most athletic person in the world. I%26#039;m looking for some good tips on eating better without sacrificing too much, and a few exercises that are easy to stick too that won%26#039;t break the bank and fun.
Most importantly is making this easy to stick with. I want this to work so I want to start slow and work my way up. PLEASE HELP.
Just try and cut out a lot of the sugar and fast food from what you eat. A good thing to do to help you stick to a stringent diet is to have one cheat day a week. Where you can eat whatever. Just think during the week %26quot;If i can just wait til Sunday%26quot;. And for exercises, try running with an MP3 player to keep your mind off of it. Vary where you run too, to keep it interesting and not repetitive.

To loose weight:
1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.
JOGGING
Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.

7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn%26#039;t contract diseases easily.

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.
Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they%26#039;ve lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

Well think of it this way. As of tomorrow don%26#039;t think in terms of dieting anymore. Instead think in terms of it being part of your lifestyle. No counting calories...no counting carbs, no running marathons ( unless you like that stuff) think instead of eating the things that have traditionally been healthy. Make sure you eat fruits and veggys but not exclusively...You can have a steak or you can have ice cream...just don%26#039;t do it every day all day. And don%26#039;t deprive yourself of it if you like it...life is meant to be enjoyed and that includes food. Just make sense of it...too much pressure is put on losing the weight by a certain amount of time. Dont think about losing weight....think instead about eating right every day and believe it or not eating right means that if you eat the healthy stuff every day then you can also have some treats too...Just not in excess thats all. And don%26#039;t excersice for the purpose of losing weight...thats too much pressure. Excersise because you are doing something you like...yes ...do something you like. I hate ice hockey but I love soccer so I play alot of soccer but not to lose weight, but because I like it but wait...there is a benefit.....while you are playing something you enjoy, you are making your body healthier and probably losing some weight too. This is all life style stuff not diet stuff...you aren%26#039;t going to do this stuff just for a few months. Do it for the rest of your life, I mean I plan to play soccer till I am old because its fun.And if you just want to walk on a path regularly in the country somewhere, thats exercise too. Now excuse me I have some grilled tuna and steamed broccoli with a little cheese sauce waiting for me...oh and alittle chocolate too to top things off before I play some tennis later...Good Luck!
