Does anyone have an weight loss advice? I%26#039;m getting married in a couple months and want to shed a few pounds. I have been a lot better at watching what I eat, exercising and stopped drinking pop. I can%26#039;t seem to get any pounds off. If anyone has something that has worked for them please HELP! I just want to lose about 10 pounds and look stunning for my big day. Thank you! 0% 0 Votes 0% 0 Votes
  • well if your exercising and eating 1500 calories per day you should be able to loose at least 2lb per week, drink lots of water too,and no alcohol, this should work,i needed to lose weight once and in 6 weeks i lost 1 stone by eating the 1500 calories per day and NO MORE nothing after 8 o clock pm hope this works for you its just common sense really 0% 0 Votes
  • Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, that%26#039;s very exciting. I am getting married in a few weeks and my fiance and I have been trying to get into shape as well. A cardio workout will burn the most calories. Additionally, it will tone your legs (calves, shins, inner/outer thighs), butt as well as strengthening your core muscles. Jogging, running, biking or speed walking is a must if you want to lose weight. You need to push yourself. When you want to stop, make yourself go one more minute; you%26#039;ll be surprised how much more you can do when you push yourself. The people who are successful at weight loss are the ones that push themselves beyond their own preconceived limits when everyone else just says I can%26#039;t run anymore. That%26#039;s the difference, you have to want it. Of course you also need a good diet. Lots of fruits and veggies (fruits have a lot of sugar so just be aware of that). I would personally avoid starch veggies, such as corn, carrots, potatoes and such. Stick to the leafy greens. Avoid pastas of any kind while you are trying to lose weight. Avoid processed foods in general. This means nothing in aisles of the grocer. Just buy from the perimeter. Good luck and don%26#039;t forget about the cardio workout - it%26#039;s an extremely important piece of the puzzle!! 0% 0 Votes
  • i havent read your answers, so you probably heart this one already..if you cut out your carbs, and eat mainly protein, you will lose very fast..but if you cheat and have one piece of bread or potato or sweet, it will come back very fast also. A very unhealthy way to lose 10 lbs in a hurry is to fast for 3 days with only water to drink..maybe 3 days before the wedding, it does work, i tried it, but gained it back before the week was out..(3 pcs of cake did it..lol) it is a quick fix, but not long lasting 0% 0 Votes
  • You%26#039;ll be suprised how much weight you%26#039;ll lose if you don%26#039;t eat 4 hrs before bed time. 0% 0 Votes
  • You cut it down to the wire. I wouldn%26#039;t expect too much unless you do something drastic and that will only hurt you more in the long run. I think you are doing the right things.
Honestly, you should have started doing this a year before your big day or at a minimum 6 months. 10 pounds is a lot to lose in 2 months. But it does depend on your weight too. You could try increasing your workouts and increase weight training. Muscle burns more calories. Don%26#039;t focus too much on your actual weight. Focus on your muscle tone and definition. 0% 0 Votes
