I work out everyday but I%26#039;m looking for a supplement for women for weight loss, any ideas? I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I%26#039;m looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I%26#039;ve found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don%26#039;t want to spend money on something that doesn%26#039;t work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don%26#039;t want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??

To be honest, you%26#039;re doing the best thing for yourself by exercising and cutting back on your calories, but remember you need 1,000-2,000 per day.

You have to eat to burn calories.
You won%26#039;t have anything to fuel your metabolism if you don%26#039;t eat right.

You can take whey protein, adding it into a smoothie of lowfat vanilla icecream, 1% milk, and fruit twice a day ---

Protein boosts your metabolism.
%26amp; helps to build muscle mass.

I would not recommend any diet pills to you --
My sister became a workout freak and takes so many pills to keep the weight off, and took a good bit while she was trying to lose the weight --
She now has heart problems; a common side effect of diet pill use.

I%26#039;d stay away from them.
There%26#039;s only a handful that are actually FDA approved.

Alli is a pill that%26#039;s approved by the FDA -- you can find it in your local grocery store. 100% 1 Vote
