Weight Loss tips please?
I would like to lose weight, about 10 lbs, but i really dont have time for exercising but im a very active person. i%26#039;d like to know if there%26#039;s a way for me to alter my diet to help me lose weight in light of the fact that i dont have time for exercise. i currently weight about 113lbs. i dont eat too many fried foods or snacks i eat a lot of vegetables. im specifically targeting my upper and lower abdomen or stomach area for the weight loss. the truth is i eat very little and not very often but i drink lots of tea and coffee.
