Anyone want to share their weight loss success story? I just wanted to read peoples success story about the weight they lost and maybe it can also motivate some people to MOVE IT. Please tell us your height, the weight at which you were before the loss, how long it took you, and what was your regime (diet and exercise) like.

I%26#039;m a 5%26#039;11%26quot; male who is also 59 years of age. When I went to Weight Watchers last November ( November of 2006) I weighed 242lbs. I have always been active throughout my adult life which has helped. When I started Weight Watchers I wanted to set an achievable goal and decided to train to power walk a 20 mile race in Lake Tahoe, CA. which I did. I now weigh 215 and plan to lose the other 25 I wanted to lose this year. My exercise goal is to run a half-marathon. I%26#039;m pleased with my achievements and the organization that helped me realize them. viz. Weight Watchers. I can be pretty relentless when I set a goal, so I%26#039;m hoping for continued success this year. My Wife 100% 1 Vote
