I need serious weight loss help, please answer!!? So i need to lose alot of weight.. I am only 13 and 5%26#039;3%26quot;, but i weight 192 pounds. I am really afraid of becoming 200+ pounds. I really would like a successful future, and i dont want my weight holding me back.

I need serious weight loss advice.

u shouldnt diet...diets dont work and u have 2 make a life style change and never starve urself or go below 1500 calories...just eat healthy!!!!!! and never starve urself!...i was at the same place u are now...

  • Lean meats, water, vegetables, fruits. Try to lay off the juice (if it has lotsa sugar), soda, junk food, and fried food. Maybe eat 5 small meals a day to keep you from being hungry and prevent those massive eating occasions.

    Jog, jumprope, bike, or swim for maybe 10 minutes then keep increasing the time every time. Spread out your exercise sessions.

    Hit the gym if you want. It%26#039;s good to work out muscles, so you can be able to increase your movement while carrying your weight (no offense). Maybe do this every other day.

    Try fun, active sports. Tennis, basketball, and soccer are very good, and they keep you moving for the whole time.

    What not to do is:
    exercise 2 hours before bed
    exercise an hour from eating
    dont give up at all, not even a week of this

  • I would talk to your doctor about joining Weight Watchers. It is a great program that teaches you HOW to eat. You can%26#039;t join under 18 unless you have a doctor%26#039;s permission though.

    I%26#039;m currently going to Weight Watchers and I think it%26#039;s great. It isn%26#039;t a diet, it%26#039;s a lifestyle change. It teaches you about portion control and about how to make healthy eating choices. I found that I am eating more that I was before, but because I am eating better (more salads, veggies and fruits) I am losing the weight I had.

    I also would encourage exercise. I would start out small...go for a walk when you feel hungry. Drink lots of water before, during and after exercising and don%26#039;t forget to stretch afterwards! Every little bit helps!

    If you choose to not go to Weight Watchers, then I would start replacing a lot of your foods with healthier alternatives. Instead of 2 sandwiches at lunch, have one and have a salad with fat free dressing (I eat a 2 cup garden salad everyday). If you do feel hungry, drink a glass of water. Wait 10-20 minutes. If you are still hungry drink some more water. After another 10 minutes if you still feel hungry, then eat something, but choose a fruit or a vegetable, or a small low cal/low fat type snack.

    If you don%26#039;t lose a lot of weight right away, don%26#039;t get discouraged. It%26#039;s dangerous to lose too much too fast. If you find you are only losing 1 pound a week, just look at it this way...1 pound a week is 52 pounds a year.

    This stuff works for me. It may not work for everyone. But it doesn%26#039;t hurt to try. I wish you all the best! And good luck!!

    I started at 310 pounds in 1999, now I%26#039;m 165 and loving life.

    52 pounds in 2.5 months:

    Morning:
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 slices of turkey bacon
    .5 grapefruit

    Lunch:
    Mixed green salad
    4oz. of fish or chicken (cooked any style)
    .5 grapefruit

    Mid day snack:
    cup of yogurt or glass of skim milk

    Dinner:
    4oz. of fish or chicken (cooked any style)
    Red or green vegetables
    .5 grapefruit

    8-8ozs. of water- prevents dehydration (especially during workouts)

    3 times a week cardio + 2 times a week meditation toning with 3 to 5 pound hand weights.
